Great service, so nice, and they took great care of my baby:-) They actually called me to let me know that I didn't need a brake job that I'd requested (due to another oil change place telling me that I did) which they very well could have done and made $500 off of. But no, they said my brakes were ALMOST NEW and that the other place had screwed me over, saving me a ton of cash! They also got me a deal on some pricey tires with a neighboring business Great for VWs, very fair price and they got my car in and out in less than 2 days! To agree with another user, its like I have a brand new car now! Thanks Lou!

I went here on a recommendation from a couple of folks at work. One of them is a reviewer, Bobby K. I have to agree 100% with Bobby's experience. I have an Audi A6 4.2, they have done a valve job, timing belt, tune-up, and numerous oil changes. I also have a 2001 Jetta VR6 I bought for my girlfriend from them, way less than KBB, was a steal in my book. The girlfriend loves it, nary a problem with it. If you like good honest mechanics and own a European car, I highly recommend this place. BTW the valve job was ~$4k, about half of what a dealer would have charged, and I get the same guarantee that the dealer gives on work. Do the math...

Holy crap! An honest mechanic! I took Lou my Audi allroad complete with evil demon. He looked at it for a day, sprinkled some holy water on it and said "I'm not comfortable with this problem, take it to the dealer." Had I taken his advice, I would have had my car back in about a week for only $1500, but I thought I knew better and tried to fix it myself, and a couple other shops. Two months and almost $3000 later, it's finally working. Next time I will take Lou's advice to heart. Next time, there won't be any other third party shops other than Tony and Brothers. Several of my coworkers also take their Audi's here and their feedback is also overwhelmingly positive. They always do excellent quality work at a fair price. These guys know all the common problems and are quite adept at fixing them. Lou even knows how to repair the dreaded cam tensioner oil leak in a way that makes the repair last twice as long as the dealer's repair job.

I called them based on a review from yelp. I was very satified with their service. Took my 03 volkswagen passat there for repair because the dust cover practically fell off and was scrapping the ground. I called Monday, took it to Lou and Tony on Tuesday at noon. They ordered the part right away. Got the car back at 5pm. They gave me a couple of options and let me decide the best for my budget. I like how they are friendly and honest about my options and costs. I will definitely go back for future service and oil changes. thanks guys!!

I'm never taking my VW back to the dealer again! They were honest with me and took care of my car at less than half what the dealer quoted me. Definitely support these nice guys! They really stand behind their work.

I took my Volkswagen in for a badly needed tune up and to get a couple leaks fixed. It's like I have a brand new car! The staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. They also threw in a part for free that they had to replace that they didn't notice had a problem during their initial diagnostics.
