I had my Mercedes brake job done here. Shop owner was super helpful and friendly, informed me the pulsating brake issue was with my front brake rotors only, and there was no need to replace the rear brake rotors. Mercedes dealership on Stevens Creek was not so honest and charged a lot more. The brake job held up great! Car brakes like new again. Thank you!

Dropped off my BMW 325i to get the front suspension checked out. Lou and team took care of the car, found some obvious issues, took care of it and had me on my way. No hidden charges.

Nice to have a trustworthy shop to go to for our Audi Q7. Were had the front brakes and alignment done last time. They did great work. This time, we signed off on the estimate for an oil change when we dropped off the car. I thought it was high, but didnt question it. When we came to pick up the car, the technician told us he wired it with the wrong oil and the price would be cheaper. It was much more in line with my expectations for an oil change. Had they not mentioned it, I would have just paid the original estimate price. It was a significant difference.

These are the 3 things that I find really good with Tony & Bros compared to other car shops - 1, expertise even with new year model cars with Tech heavy features, 2, reasonably low priced , 3, trustworthy. The Fn Car dealers are just pure greed, dishonest, overpriced and will always find ways to rip you off, Im done with them. I find that Tony & Bros is actually the best European car shop in South bay area, after trying many Euro car shops for years. They are far from my house but its worth it.

If I didn't get the first couple of years service free at the dealership, I'd never take my cars anywhere else. Tony & Bros go out of their way to schedule you in with no wait, fix the car in a timely manner, with OEM parts and precision, without trying to upsell you on repairs you don't need. Lou even took the time to ask me what kind of driving I'm doing and how long I'm planning to keep my 150k miles audi, so he could recommend the repairs I should do and educate me on things I might not have to worry about as much. 100% Honest, 100% Efficient, 100% Knowledgeable, 100% worth every penny.
