I emailed them with a probable diagnosis, and they were not dismissive unlike the rest of my attempts to find a shop. They worked with me, and I also let them do their job and confirm my diagnosis, and then effect the repair needed. It was expensive, but I reward good customer service with my business. Not everything is about the lowest price.
