Lou is my guy. Whenever my Mercedes has any problems I know I can count on him to tell me what’s honestly wrong with it. He doesn’t seem to be in this business “ to make money “. He will not take advantage of those who may not be familiar with cars, I’ve been scammed by mechanics who would just charge money for literally no service conducted on the car. The owner Lou is a busy guy and there were countless instances I go to him for trivial Mercedes issues and he tries his best to tend to my problems, and squeeze my appointments in. Lou has led Tony Bros to become reputable auto repair shop and he cares about helping people. I highly recommend his shop if you have any car issues.
