Brought in my 2021 m340i for its 60k service. I sent an email for an estimate and Lou promptly sent me a text to get on a call. Lou was a pleasure to speak with on the phone, no nonsense straight to the point. The estimate given was by far the most reasonable compared to other reputable shops. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and everything went smoothly. This was my first experience but I definitely see myself coming back. Brought the car in for: Transmission service, brake fluid flush, rear diff service

Great Service friendly and reliable . Though they are busy, they work with the customer to get problems fixed in a timely manner. In my most recent case , this company came through with a completion the same say the car was towed in.

Such a great experience. Lou is an upstanding, knowledgeable, and honest guy. Came here after the dealership said I had a coolant leak issue and would need my oil filter housing replaced. I'm not well versed in cars and wanted a second opinion, as it also would've cost me nearly $4k at the dealership. Lou was a godsend. He checked everything out, even looked at some of my paperwork and videos from the dealership for me to truly understand what issues they found, as what he found was MUCH more minor. He saved me THOUSANDS and gave me advice and set realistic expectations about any repairs that may be needed in the future due to the age of my car (2013 mini cooper). Really upstanding person. I would highly highly recommend coming to this shop.
