Lou is a great mechanic who is clearly passionate, friendly, and very knowledgeable about German cars. The shop is honest and only recommends work that is absolutely necessary. The online appointment system is convenient and the prices are good too. Lou and Alex have done great work on my GTI from general maintenance to diagnosing misfires.
