I found Tony & Bros through online reviews and am happy to say they didn't disappoint. Lou was great–very informative and understandable for what my car needed, as I'm a first-time Mercedes owner. I was happy with the service and grateful that they found, and fixed, some equipment issues that had come up from its past owner. I felt the costs were fair and everything was run by me first. And lastly, as a longtime 49ers fan, walking in and seeing a Dwight Clark-signed football and finding out he'd been a regular customer really made me feel like I'd picked the right place lol. To quote Arnold, "I'll be back."

Went here for a pre-purchase inspection and Lou patiently took time to answer all of my questions and pointed out things like repainted bumper and leftover bits of painters tape that I completely missed.

Lou and his mechanics diagnosed the problem with my car as a simple battery failure. They did not try to embellish the problem with my car nor did they try to UPsell me on other repairs. They did a good job - not cheap, but not exorbitant either.

Brought both of my VW GLIs here while living in Sunnyvale and still my go to trusted place for more complicated issues. Intend to go back here for any repairs out of PZEV warranty (not covered by VW), but lately only running into TSB fixes under PZEV.

Lou (Tony's son and Bros nephew) is straight forward and willing to break things down for you. I was very satisfied with his communication, easy manner, and straight forward style.

Lou explained what was needed on the car, then followed through with a detailed estimate. Work was completed when promised and at reasonable cost. No surprises! Will return next time we need service and will recommend Tony & Brothers to others.

Seems the Slave cylinder went and Lou had it a few days let sit over weekend to make sure the Master didn't have issues was ready on Monday afternoon..only 3 business days.
