First visit to Tony & Brothers today for oil and filter change. Great service. Worked with Lou to schedule such that I could "wait", so avoided the pickup/drop-off hassle. Took a walk to Starbucks and back, and the car was just coming off the rack when I returned. Lou verified that the "Status" reflected correct oil level, and after paying (much less than at BMW service center) I was off. Highly recommend them.
