Lou and Alex are the best! They really care about getting the right solution to the problem and not just trying things and charging a lot of money and hoping for the best. In addition to be being extremely competent, they are always so cheerful and friendly. It feels good on every level to do business here. Great customer service. Lou explained the work in detail and didn't give me the Porsche Boxster Maintenance lecture that most Porsche Indy shops give. Lou was very transparent about their schedule and was actually able to finish the work a day before the committed date. I had my Water Pump and Fuel Filter replaced. I am big on DIY but going forward I will start bringing my 986 Boxster to Tony and Brothers for regular maintenance. I highly recommend!
