Spoke with one of the owners/mechanics over the phone about a suspicious problem. I got the feeling that they were knowledgeable and not out to rip-off customers. They suggested "small" things to try to deal with the problem, while the dealer insisted that I needed my engine wiring harness replaced, which would cost about $1700. Since my car is <100k miles I figured this was BS. I ended up resetting the codes myself and the check engine light didn't come back on, so I didn't end up needing any repair. But I really do appreciate that the person I spoke to at Tony & Brothers seemed honest and wasn't trying to upsell me on service that I didn't need.
